As conditions have allowed, Kevin Wooten, county director for the Farm Service Agency in North Carolina has spent parts of the last two weeks touring parts of the state hardest hit by Hurricane Matthew:“There’s no question that in the last seven days we’ve been able to get out and do some assessment to crops."
