Drought has spotty impact on local growers

Henderson County has been in drought conditions for months and forecasters don’t expect it to lighten up anytime soon, but the effect of that drought varies across the area's many farmers.  Cooperative Extension Director Marvin Owings says there’s no doubt they are in a drought, but overall, the county hasn't come out too badly.
