The window for free soil samples through North Carolina Department of Agriculture’s Agronomics Service is quickly coming to a close.  David Hardy with the Agronomics Soil Division:“The fee begins December 1st, coming up pretty soon, after Thanksgiving, and it extends through March 31st, 2017."
