California-based Cypress Creek Renewables is buying North Carolina’s FLS Energy for a undisclosed sum. FLS will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cypress Creek. It will retain its Asheville office, its current management team and staff. FLS employs about 75 people in North Carolina.
