The builders of the proposed Atlantic Coast Pipeline are holding a Construction Expo next month in three states to recruit subcontractors. The pipeline's lead construction contractor, Spring Ridge Constructors, will provide information on local business opportunities and the process for selecting local vendors, according to a news release Wednesday by the investors of the pipeline.
