George Quigley is known for many achievements in Cumberland County, from charitable work to posing as Ebenezer Scrooge during the annual Dickens Holiday event in downtown Fayetteville. On Friday, the retired Army lieutenant colonel added two more honors to his impressive resume: Cumberland County Agriculture Hall of Fame member and Order of the Long Leaf Pine recipient.
