Students at a Haywood County elementary school are having their lunch on paper plates after the Maggie Valley Sanitary District imposed mandatory water restrictions earlier this week. Maggie Valley joins the Woodfin water district in imposing mandatory water restrictions for customers as drought conditions across Western North Carolina shrink water supplies.
