The turnaround time for soil sample results submitted to the North Carolina Department of Agriculture’s Agronomics Division increased to five to six weeks due to a large number of samples being left on the dock over the weekend.  The Soil Testing division also reminds growers that the gate will be closed for the Thanksgiving holiday beginning at 5:00 pm Wednesday until 6:00 am Monday morning.
