Soybean yields looking respectable in spite of hurricane

The weather has been just all but perfect for combining soybeans the last six weeks or so, and NC State Extension Soybean Specialist Dr. Jim Dunphy says harvest is ahead of schedule:“Statewide about three-fourths of the beans are harvested, and normally it would be about 60%, or a little less."
