From Thanksgiving up until the week of Christmas, 16-year-old Franklin Joyce spends his time selling Brookgreen Farm Fraser Fir Christmas trees to the community. The trees are grown on the family’s farm in Grassy Creek and sold at two lots in Winston-Salem and one in Mooresville.
