N.C. Board of Elections to tackle biggest legal challenge left in governor's race on Wednesday

The biggest remaining legal challenge in the processing of ballots in the contested governor’s race will be heard today by the State Board of Elections. The Republican-controlled board will address an appeal that focuses on how the Durham County elections board processed more than 94,000 ballots that were reported late on Election Day.
