Soybean production at 60.1 million bushels is up 9% from 2015.
Peanut production at 383.8 million pounds is up 27% from last year.
Upland cotton production at 430,000 bales is down 18% from last year.
Corn for grain production at 135.4 million bushels is up 64% from 2015.

CHICKEN EGGS
South Atlantic Region: Broiler-Type eggs in incubators on October 1, 2016 totaled 239,194,000. The total was up 2% from the October 1, 2015 total of 235,030,000 eggs. The total number of Egg-Type eggs in incubators on October 1, 2016 decreased 10% from 5,259,000 eggs in 2015 to 4,734,000.
