U.S. 2 soft red winter wheat was 26 to 31 cents higher; prices were $4.22 at the feed mills and 4.02 at the elevators; new crop $3.99-$4.37.  Soybean meal, f.o.b. at processing plants was $350.90 per ton for 48% protein.
