The Atlantic Coast Pipeline, a multi-state natural gas vehicle targeted to cut through eastern North Carolina, just crossed a milestone in Johnston County. At their meeting Monday, Johnston County commissioners approved a resolution granting an easement to county-owned land for the pipeline.
