After being appointed by Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, Derek Potter, a farmer from Grantsboro, N.C. and 14 other farmer-leaders from across the country will be sworn in as directors of the United Soybean Board (USB) at its upcoming annual meeting today in St. Louis, Mo.
