Crab fishermen in Currituck County have operated in neighborhoods for years without problems, but a recent complaint has them searching for an ordinance change so they can work legally. The Virginian-Pilot of Norfolk, Virginia, reports (http://bit.ly/2hiXOBt) inspectors cited Wayne Burch earlier this year for violating 11 standards of the home business ordinance after someone complained.
