McCrory wants $200M from legislature for Matthew, wildfires

 Gov. Pat McCrory says he wants the North Carolina legislature this week to approve $200 million to help with short-term recovery and long-term rebuilding following Hurricane Matthew in the east and mountain wildfires this fall. The governor laid out Monday in a video message what he wants the General Assembly to spend when it returns Tuesday for a special session he's called.
