N.C. ranks 47th on spending for tobacco-prevention initiatives

A coalition of anti-tobacco groups lamented again Wednesday that most states, including North Carolina, are not spending enough to prevent tobacco use. The coalition released its 18th annual national follow-up on an initial study titled “Broken promises to our children.”
