North Carolina’s Ag Commissioner Steve Troxler has announced an expansion to the state’s fire an quarantine. The quarantine now covers all of Northamption County, plus Catawba, Rowan and Rutherfound counties.  Also in the west, the portion of Burke County south of US Highway 70 will now be under quarantine.
