An Asheville-based solar company with $356 million in annual revenue is being sold to a national energy company, Cypress Creek Renewables.FLS Energy was founded in Asheville in 2006 and has built dozens of utility-scale solar farms and commercial systems, mostly in North Carolina. California-based Cypress Creek Renewables is set to buy the company this month for an undisclosed amount.
