Duke Energy has completed the $1.2 billion sale of its power operations in Peru, Chile, Ecuador, Guatemala, El Salvador and Argentina to New York.based I Squared Capital. Duke announced the deal just nine weeks ago, after announcing in February it had decided to sell all of its Central and South American operations.
