It's official: Amazon's massive wind project ' North Carolina's first utility-scale wind farm ' is ready to start spinning near Elizabeth City.The 104th rotor went up Tuesday, says Paul Copleman, spokesman for Avangrid Renewables, a subsidiary of Iberdrola Group that's developing the project. The farm spans parts of Perquimans and Pasquotank counties.
