Mary:    I’m Mary Walden with economist MW welcoming you to the economic perspective.  Today’s program looks at the OPEC and Russian oil deal.  Mike, it appears OPEC – the organization of leading oil producing countries – and Russia are going to follow through on their agreement to reduce world oil supplies, maybe by 2.5 million barrels per day.  Is this going to send oil and gas prices through the roof?
