Information on solar energy will be shared in a workshop hosted by the Cumberland County Cooperative Extension on Jan. 18.
The event is 8 to 9:30 a.m. in the Agriculture Center, 301 E. Mountain Drive. Speakers will include Herbert Eckerlin and Ron Heiniger of N.C. State. Eckerlin is in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and Heiniger is in the Department of Crop Science.
