Mexico’s hunger for U.S. pork continues to grow. Members of the National Pork Board spent time in Mexico building trade relations with our neighbors to the south. National Pork Board President Jan Archer, a pork producer near Goldsboro, North Carolina, says it was an eye-opening experience… “I knew the numbers.
