ChemChina’s acquisition of Syngenta (NYSE: SYT) is nearing completion as the deal has received additional approval from the Swiss company’s shareholders, the companies announced Thursday.More than 90 percent of shares have been offered in favor of the deal, according to preliminary results of the second acceptance period for the transaction.
