A week after state regulators asked Duke Energy and Dominion Energy to come up with a better erosion plan for the 600-mile Atlantic Coast Pipeline, another North Carolina agency has lobbed criticism at the project. This time it’s the N.C. Utilities Commission, which has filed a request that the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission grant a “rehearing” on the $5 billion pipeline.
