N.C. teen cigarette use down, but non-cigarette use on the rise

Fewer North Carolina teens are smoking cigarettes, but an increasing number are using non-cigarette tobacco products such as hookah and electronic cigarettes, according to new data from the 2013 N.C. Youth Tobacco Survey.
