Trout sales in North Carolina totaled $7.9 million in 2014, up 16% from $6.8 million in 2013.  


Catfish sales in North Carolina totaled $4.0 million in 2014, down 10% from $4.4 million in 2013.


CHICKEN EGGS South Atlantic Region: Broiler-Type eggs in incubators on February 1, 2015 totaled 246,544,000. The total was up 2% from the February 1, 2014 total of 242,155,000 eggs. The total number of Egg-Type eggs in incubators on February 1, 2015 increased 6% from 4,809,000 eggs in 2014 to 4,484,000.
