Repreve Renewables seeks more farmers to grow giant grass

A drop planter crawled along farm land, row by row, sowing a crop of giant Miscanthus grass. Stancill Farms in Pitt County is one of a stable of farmers contracted by Greensboro-based Repreve Renewables to grow the eco-friendly crop, which has found a use in the poultry industry.
