Yesterday, we heard from Director of Beaufort County Extension, Rod Gurganus about sharing the road with tractors as planting season gets underway.  Today, we speak to farmers about operating their equipment safely.  Rule one is if you have to get off the tractor, everything should be shut down, including the tractor itself:
