Harris Teeter buyers to meet with interested produce suppliers

Produce farmers interested in selling to Harris Teeter stores are invited to meet with the grocery retailer on Feb. 26 at the Brunswick County Center in Bolivia. Category specialists will discuss supplier guidelines and meet one-on-one with growers from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Participation is free, but registration is needed by Feb. 15. Lunch will be provided by the Got to Be NC program. The meeting is made possible with the support of a North Carolina Tobacco Trust Fund Commission grant.
