Many California farmworkers are praising a move that brings them closer to receiving the same overtime pay as other hourly workers. The legislation is headed to the desk of Gov. Jerry Brown. He has not said if he will sign it. If  he does, farmworkers will get overtime after eight hours in a day or 40 hours a week.
