Peanut production at 394 million pounds is up 32% from last year.
Corn for grain production at 129.7 million bushels is up 57% from 2015.
Soybean production at 56 million bushels is down 2% from last year.
Cotton production at 550,000 bales is up 4% from 2015.

CHICKEN EGGS
South Atlantic Region: Broiler-Type eggs in incubators on August 1, 2016 totaled 249,552,000. The total was down slightly from the August 1, 2015 total of 249,956,000 eggs. The total number of Egg-Type eggs in incubators on August 1, 2016 increased 19% from 5,076,000 eggs in 2015 to 4,252,000.
