A coalition of biofuel and agricultural industry groups is fighting the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's recent finding that greenhouse gas emissions from aircraft endanger human health and the environment at the D.C. Circuit, claiming the agency wrongly equates crop-derived biomass carbon emissions with emissions from fossil fuels.
