D.O.C. finds issues with U.S./Mexico sugar deal

The U.S. Department of Commerce in preliminary findings from a review of the 2014 anti-dumping and countervailing duty suspension agreements involving exports of sugar from Mexico to the United States released Nov. 29, indicated some transactions may be out of compliance with the agreement, among other issues.
