Oconee RESA announces the following opportunity:  Reading  Endorsement Course (Blended Online).   Participants will go through three courses as part of the Reading Endorsement program course sequence.  These courses include Course 1: Emergent Literacy- Foundations Of Reading In A Diverse Society, Course 2: Identifying and Correcting Reading Problems, and Course 3: Problems In Teaching Reading- Methods and Materials.   Interested candidates must have the following prerequisites:  hold a clear renewable GA teacher certificate, be currently employed by a GA school system, and be recommended by two administrators (PL director/coordinator and building principal).

Date:  February 24, 2015-April 19, 2016

Time:  4:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. (Face to Face Classes)

Location:  This is a combination online and face to face course.  Face to face location-Oconee RESA

Cost:  $350 each class--Total for all three classes is $1050 Oconee RESA member districts   
           $700 each class --Total for all three classes is $2100 Non-Oconee RESA fee
