Seclusion and Restraint Recertification Training Oconee RESA will host Seclusion and Restraint Recertification Training on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. in the media center at Oconee RESA. This train the trainer session will be conducted by Checo Perryman. Participants must register on the Oconee RESA's website in order to receive the group rate for the training.
