Seclusion & Restraint Certification

HELP for Educators is a classroom safety management progrm designed to provide educators with classroom safety strategies that will reduce the possibility of staff and student injuries during episodes of aggresive behavior.  Lectures, group discussion, grop activities, and skills training activities provide educators with additional classroom management tools.  Participants will learn to respond effectively adn respectfully avoid and redirect aggresive behavior.  Instructor candidates will be trained to instruct teachers on how to use these techniques for reducing aggression in the classroom.

Time:             9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Location:        Oconee RESA Media Center

Cost:              Group rate - $375 per person (6 or more)
                      Individual rate - $575.00 per person
