Equity Plan Regional Feedback and
Support Session

Dear Community Stakeholders,

The Georgia Department of Education is committed to ensuring students have equitable access to effective teachers and leaders. A part of this work is the development and implementation of a State Equity Plan. Stakeholder input is essential for the development and implementation of a quality plan. We would like to invite you to participate in an open discussion focused on the established equity gaps. This discussion will also include your thoughts about possible strategies to address current equity gaps across our state. Forty five minutes will be allotted for this targeted discussion. We hope that this abbreviated format will allow for greater participation. We will start and end promptly in order to meet the busy schedules of our stakeholders.
