Oconee RESA provides required Leader Keys Effectiveness System training for Leaders seeking intial training and credentialing. The Leader Keys Effectiveness System (LKES) consists of multiple components, including the Leader Assessment on Performance Standards (LAPS), Climate Surveys, and measures of Student Growth and Achievement Gap Reduction. Participants will go through a one day training process over the components of the Leader Keys Effectiveness System and will then complete a credentialing assessment.
