Teacher Keys Effectiveness System (TKES) Training & Credentialing

Oconee RESA provides required Teacher Keys Effectiveness System training for leaders seeking initial training and credentialing. This training prepares leaders who are evaluating their staff. The Teacher Keys Effectiveness System (TKES) consists of multiple components, including the Teacher Assessment on Performance Standards (TAPS), Surveys of Instructional Practice, and measures of Student Growth. Participants will go through a two day training process over the components of the program. Participants will then complete a credentialing assessment.
