The Calibration/Inter-rater Reliability (IRR) Training for TKES
Story Date: 10/6/2016
| The "Calibration/Inter-rater training for TKES" will be a 3 day session to assist evaluators with their observation skills and accuracy. There will be particular emphasis on an evaluator’s objective collection of evidence during the observation of teacher classroom performance in relationship to TKES. Participants have continually and consistently commented that this training has had a direct impact on how it has changed teacher practice which in turn has impacted student achievement in a positive manner due to the precision of the evaluator's observation. Date: October 24-26, 2016
