The agenda for the meeting will include a review of the Georgia Department of Education Gifted Guidelines, FTE information and the waiver possibilities for Strategic Waiver and Charter Systems.  We would all like to hear about how your district is implementing the Gifted Program if you have made changes due to your Strategic Waiver or Charter Status.  We will continue our discussions of talent development and developing creativity.  Our main focus will center on building an exceptional gifted program that supports, challenges and broadens the experiences of our students.  You may have initiatives or ideas you have been working with as a district or that have been successful in individual schools that you could share with us.
