Leader Keys Effectiveness System (LKES) Initial Training and Credentialing

Oconee RESA provides required Leader Keys Effectiveness System training for leaders seeking initial training and credentialing. The Leader Keys Effectiveness System (LKES) consists of multiple components, including the Leader Assessment on Performance Standards (LAPS), Climate Surveys, and measures of Student Growth and Achievement Gap Reduction. The overarching goal of LKES is to support continuous growth and development of each leader. Participants will participate in a one day training and will then complete a credentialing assessment. |
