Bio

Representative Lesley Vance was elected in 1994. He was born on October 23, 1939, attended Mortuary College, and studied advanced business courses.

He and his wife, Patricia, are the parents of three children- Leslie, Carmen and Chris. Representative Vance is the Owner and Operator of Vance Memorial Chapel. In addition to serving as Russell County Coroner for 27 years, he has served as a Russell County Commissioner

for 2 years.
