Bio

Rep. Chris Richey is serving his first term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 12, which includes Phillips County and portions of Arkansas, Lincoln and Desha Counties. During the 89th General Assembly, Rep. Chris Richey will serve on the Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee and the State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. Rep. Richey earned a BA in History and Political Sciences at Ouachita Baptist University and a MA in history at Arkansas State University.
