For the 89th General Assembly, Rep. Dale will serve on the Education Committee, the Joint Budget Committee, and Insurance and Commerce Committee.

For the 88th General Assembly, Rep. Dale served as vice chair of the House Rules Committee. He also served on the House Education Committee; the House Agriculture, Forestry and Economic Development Committee; the Rural Fire Departments Study Committee, and the Arkansas Legislative Council. For the 87th General Assembly, Rep. Dale served on the House Education Committee and the House Agriculture, Forestry and Economic Development Committee.

Rep. Dale is a banker. He is a graduate of Dover High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Arkansas Tech University. He is a past president of the Dover Public School Board, Dover Chamber of Commerce and the Dover Lions Club. He has been chairman of the Tri-County Water Board and a member of the Pope County Ambulance Board. In his spare time, he likes to work on his cattle farm and quail ranch. He and his wife, Lawanda, are Baptist. They have two grown sons.
