Born on August 4, 1977, in Athens, Georgia, Nix pursued higher education at Keiser University, earning an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management (2012-2014), followed by a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Western Governors University (2015-2016).

A commercial realtor by profession, he holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is married to Carla Nix.
