Bio

Rep. Lanny Fite is serving his fourth term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 23 which includes a portion of Saline County.

For the 93rd General Assembly, Rep. Fite serves as Chairperson of the House City, County & Local Affairs Committee. He also serves on the Arkansas Legislative Council, the House Revenue & Taxation Committee, and the House Rules Committee.

Rep. Fite is a retired judge of Saline County. He is a graduate of Benton High School and a member of the Lions Club.

In 2011, he received the Professional of the Year Award from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.

He is a father of two and resides in Benton with his wife, Sherri.
